       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism,
       and Economic Development Appropriations (Latvala) recommended
       the following:

    4  insert:
    5         (33) “Launch support facilities” mean facilities that are
    6  located at launch sites or launch ranges that are required to
    7  support launch activities, including launch vehicle assembly,
    8  launch vehicle operations and control, communications, flight
    9  safety functions, and payload operations, control, and
   10  processing, as defined in 15 U.S.C. chapter 84, s. 5802,
   11  Commercial Space Competitiveness.
