       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism,
       and Economic Development Appropriations (Diaz de la Portilla)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (383160) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 10 - 14
    4  and insert:
    5  obtained under the provisions of this chapter. This provision
    6  shall be null and void if the Federal Government notifies the
    7  department in writing that such application will adversely
    8  affect the allocation of Federal funds to the department.
