       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (258560) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 370 - 377
    4  and insert:
    5  patient care and safety are established and implemented. These
    6  procedures must require housekeeping and sanitation staff to
    7  wear masks and gloves when using disinfectant chemicals in
    8  accordance with the material safety data sheet and the
    9  manufacturer’s label usage instructions for the disinfectant
   10  used by the hospital. The agency may impose an administrative
   11  fine for each day that a violation of this paragraph occurs.
