       The Committee on Higher Education (Oelrich) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 481
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 13. Section 6 of chapter 2006-58, Laws of Florida,
    6  is repealed.
    7         Section 14. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
