       Senator Richter moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (694784) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 861 and 862
    5  insert:
    6         Section 19. Subsection (17) is added to section 627.736,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         627.736 Required personal injury protection benefits;
    9  exclusions; priority; claims.—
   10         (17) ATTORNEY’S FEES.—Notwithstanding s. 627.428, the
   11  attorney’s fees recoverable under ss. 627.730-627.7407 shall be
   12  calculated without regard to any contingency risk multiplier.
