       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (287776) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)

    4         Between lines 236 and 237
    5  insert:
    6         (6) A school district that issues a procurement for the
    7  provision of school-based speech pathology and occupational and
    8  physical therapy services shall include, as an option for
    9  evaluation, those responses demonstrating programs and systems
   10  that improve, measure, and track efficiency and effectiveness of
   11  the delivery of services.
