| 5 | (2)(a) The division or the supervisor of elections shall |
| 6 | make voter registration forms available to third-party voter |
| 7 | registration organizations. All such forms must contain |
| 8 | information identifying the organization to which the forms are |
| 9 | provided. The division shall maintain a database of all third- |
| 10 | party voter registration organizations and the voter |
| 11 | registration forms assigned to the third-party voter |
| 12 | registration organization. Each supervisor of elections shall |
| 13 | provide to the division information on voter registration forms |
| 14 | assigned to and received from third-party voter registration |
| 15 | organizations. The information must be provided in a format and |
| 16 | at times as required by the division by rule. The division must |
| 17 | update information on third-party voter registrations daily and |
| 18 | make the information publicly available. |
| 19 | (b) A third-party voter registration organization shall |
| 20 | submit each voter registration application received from its |
| 21 | authorized registration agents regardless of whether the third- |
| 22 | party voter registration organization believes the voter |
| 23 | registration application may be invalid or incomplete. If, when |
| 24 | submitting a voter registration application, a third-party voter |
| 25 | registration organization also submits information stating why |
| 26 | the organization believes the application may be invalid or |
| 27 | incomplete, the third-party voter registration organization |
| 28 | shall be presumed to be in compliance with this section. |
