       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 26 - 27
    4  and insert:
    5  life or health of the mother, if the pregnancy is the result of
    6  an act of rape or incest, or in cases of fetal impairment.
    7  Coverage is deemed to be purchased with state
    8         Delete lines 48 - 49
    9  and insert:
   10  that an abortion is necessary to save the life or health of the
   11  mother, if the pregnancy is the result of an act of rape or
   12  incest, or in cases of fetal impairment.
   13         Delete lines 70 - 71
   14  and insert:
   15  necessary to save the life or health of the mother, if the
   16  pregnancy is the result of an act of rape or incest, or in cases
