       The Committee on Judiciary (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 168 - 172
    4  and insert:
    5         (9) Upon the filing of a petition for approval, the court
    6  shall issue an order requiring all interested parties to appear
    7  at a designated time and place within the circuit where the
    8  petition is filed and show why the petition should not be
    9  granted. For purposes of this section, the term “interested
   10  parties” includes any party submitting a proposal for sale or
   11  lease of the county, district, or municipal hospital, as well as
   12  the governing board.
