       The Committee on Health Regulation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 799 - 805
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) In order to determine whether the facility is
    6  adequately protecting residents’ rights as provided in s.
    7  429.28, the agency’s standard license survey shall include
    8  private informal conversations with a sample of residents and
    9  consultation with the ombudsman council in the planning and
   10  service area in which the facility is located to discuss
   11  residents’ experiences within the facility.
