       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 336
    4  and insert:
    5  upon the promise of future payment of any kind. Before approving
    6  or denying any application, the sponsor shall allow the
    7  applicant at least 7 calendar days to make technical or
    8  nonsubstantive corrections and clarifications, including, but
    9  not limited to, grammatical, typographical, and like errors or
   10  missing signatures, if such errors are identified by the sponsor
   11  as cause to deny the application.
