    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 178 - 180
    4  and insert:

    6         (h) A deep water seaport or railroad switching yard;
    7         (i) A gas processing plant, including a plant used in the
    8  processing, treatment, or fractionation of natural gas; or
    9         (j) A public transportation facility as defined in s.
   10  343.62, Florida Statutes.
