       The Committee on Budget (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (542708) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 655 and 656
    5  insert:
    6         Section 14. This act does not permit any pari-mutuel
    7  facility in this state or in any governmental subdivision of
    8  this state to expand gambling activity in addition to those
    9  facilities that were authorized and operating as of March 1,
   10  2011.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 700 and 701
   15  insert:
   16         providing that the act does not permit any pari-mutuel
   17         facility or in any governmental subdivision to expand
   18         gambling activity in addition to those facilities that
   19         were authorized and operating as of March 1, 2011;
