    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 374 - 375
    4  and insert:
    5         (f) Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, funding
    6  for a virtual charter school shall be negotiated between the
    7  school district and the virtual charter school.
