       The Committee on Budget (Margolis) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (906136) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 676
    5  and insert:
    6  virtual instruction pursuant to s. 1002.455. A school district
    7  must receive consent from a student’s parent or guardian before
    8  placing the student in an on-site virtual instruction course in
    9  the traditional classroom. at least one of the
   10

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 1160
   14  and insert:
   15         student eligibility requirements; requiring that a
   16         school district receive consent from a student’s
   17         parent or guardian before placing the student in an
   18         on-site virtual instruction course in the traditional
   19         classroom; providing funding
