    2         An act relating to traffic offenses; repealing s.
    3         316.2024, F.S., which prohibits a motor vehicle
    4         coasting on a downgrade; providing an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Section 316.2024, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
    9         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
