       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Education Pre-K - 12
       Appropriations (Wise and Montford) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (129976) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1287
    5  and insert:
    6  intent before services are provided to the student, and the
    7  assessment is not deemed unreliable or invalid by the department
    8  as a means to measure the effectiveness of the provider. The
    9  department may use the results for such assessment in awarding a
   10  provider’s service designation.
