       The Committee on Community Affairs (Dockery) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369170) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 499 and 500
    5  insert:
    6         (5) This section authorizes any county or municipal
    7  government to require any septic tank owner to connect to a
    8  centralized sanitary sewer system if such system is available.

   13  and insert:
