       The Committee on Health Regulation (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 428 - 429
    4  and insert:
    5  organic waste composting toilets: a fee of not less than $15
    6  $50, or more than $30 $150.
