       The Committee on Budget (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 227 - 230
    4  and insert:
    5         4. Any major structure, as defined in s. 161.54(6)(a), for
    6  which a permit for new construction or substantial improvement,
    7  as defined in s. 161.54, is applied for, on or after June 1,
    8  2012, is not eligible for coverage by the corporation if the
    9  structure is seaward of the coastal construction control line
   10  established pursuant to s. 161.053, or within the Coastal
   11  Barrier Resources System, 16 U.S.C. ss. 3501-3510.
