       The Committee on Budget (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2981 and 2982
    4  insert:
    5         (41) The agency shall provide for the development of a
    6  demonstration project by establishment in Miami-Dade County of a
    7  long-term-care facility and a psychiatric facility licensed
    8  pursuant to chapter 395 to improve access to health care for a
    9  predominantly minority, medically underserved, and medically
   10  complex population and to evaluate alternatives to nursing home
   11  care and general acute care for such population. Such project is
   12  to be located in a health care condominium and colocated with
   13  licensed facilities providing a continuum of care. The
   14  establishment of This project is not subject to the provisions
   15  of s. 408.036 or s. 408.039.

   18         And the directory clause is amended as follows:

   20  and insert:
   21         Section 72. Paragraph (a) of subsection (39) and subsection
