       The Committee on Health Regulation (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2684 - 2685
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The biennial license fee required of a facility is $300
    6  per license, with an additional fee of $71 $50 per resident
    7         Delete line 2690
    8  and insert:
    9         exceed $10,000.
   10         Delete line 2695
   11  and insert:
   12  biennial fee shall be $400 per license, with an additional
   13
