       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (106136) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 3870 and 3871
    5  insert:
    6         Section 106. Notwithstanding any provisions of law which
    7  modify s. 409.905(5)(c), Florida Statutes, and are enacted
    8  subsequently or prior to this act becoming law, the provisions
    9  of s. 409.905(5)(c), Florida Statutes, in effect on January 1,
   10  2011, shall remain in effect until July 1, 2012.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 4212
   15  and insert:
   16         1998 and are not intended to be reset by the act;
   17         providing that s. 409.905(5)(c), F.S., in effect on
   18         January 1, 2011, shall remain in effect until a
   19         specified date notwithstanding other provisions of
   20         law;
