       The Committee on Health Regulation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 172 - 174
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) The director of any medical facility or physician’s
    6  office in which any pregnancy is terminated shall submit a
    7  monthly report each month to the agency on a
    8

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 43 - 45
   12  and insert:
