    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to licensure of health care
    3         facilities; repealing s. 395.0163, F.S., relating to
    4         inspections, submission and approval of plans, and
    5         fees charged by the Agency for Health Care
    6         Administration for construction projects by a public
    7         or private health care facility licensed or subject to
    8         licensure by the state; providing an effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Section 395.0163, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
