       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dockery) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 37 - 41
    4  and insert:
    5  imprisonment of 10 years.
    6         2. A semiautomatic firearm and its high-capacity detachable
    7  box magazine, as defined in s. 775.087(3), or a machine gun as
    8  defined in s. 790.001, shall be sentenced to a minimum term of
    9  imprisonment of 12 years.
