       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 977 - 979
    4  and insert:
    5         1. A young adult who was living in licensed care on his or
    6  her 18th birthday or who is currently living in licensed care,
    7  or who after reaching 16 years of age was adopted from licensed
    8  care or placed with a court-approved dependency guardian, and
    9  has spent a minimum of 6 months in licensed care within the 12
   10  months immediately preceding such placement or adoption, is
   11  eligible for the Foundations First Program if he or she is:
