    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to local government services;
    3         repealing s. 163.07, F.S., relating to efficiency and
    4         accountability in local government services; providing
    5         an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 163.07, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
