       The Committee on Rules (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (444326) (with ballot and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 5 - 6
    5  and insert:
    6  member of that delegation. The charter may provide for fixed
    7  term limits of Miami-Dade County Commissioners.

   10         And the ballot statement is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 32 - 33
   12  and insert:
   13  the county’s current name and states that the charter may
   14  provide for fixed term limits of Miami-Dade County
   15  Commissioners.
