       The Committee on Budget (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 4337 and 4338
    4  insert:
    5         (c) Provider service networks formed by community care for
    6  the elderly lead agencies. Participation by such networks must
    7  be pursuant to a contract with the agency and is not subject to
    8  the procurement requirements of this section.
