       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 4312
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The agency shall establish nursing facility payment
    6  rates for each licensed nursing home based on facility costs
    7  adjusted for inflation and other factors as authorized in the
    8  General Appropriations Act. Payments to long-term care managed
    9  care plans must be reconciled to reimburse actual payments to
   10  nursing facilities.
   11         (4) The Department of Elderly Affairs shall assist the
