       The Committee on Health Regulation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3891
    4  and insert:
    5  	(d) A recipient who is currently receiving Medicare
    6  services from an entity qualified under 42 C.F.R. part 422 as a
    7  Medicare Advantage Preferred Provider Organization, Medicare
    8  Advantage Provider-sponsored Organization, or Medicare Advantage
    9  Special Needs Plan that is under contract with the agency shall
   10  be assigned to that plan for the Medicaid services not covered
   11  by Medicare for which the recipient is eligible.
   12  	(e) Other recipients shall be enrolled into a qualified
