       The Committee on Health Regulation (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 3210 - 3212
    4  and insert:
    5         (f) Persons who reside in a nursing home facility or are
    6  considered residents under the nursing home’s bed-hold policy on
    7  or before the date on which managed long-term care services as
    8  described in ss. 409.973-409.978 commence in the region in which
    9  the nursing home facility is located.
