       The Committee on Budget (Negron) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3656
    4  and insert:
    5  prescribers and pharmacists submitting the request. Plans shall
    6  require any vendor or subcontractor providing fiscal
    7  intermediary services to the plan pursuant to s. 641.316, which
    8  involve the acceptance of provider claims, to accept electronic
    9  claims in compliance with federal standards.
