       The Committee on Health Regulation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 3100 - 3106
    4  and insert:
    5  	(4) “Provider service network” means an entity of which a
    6  controlling interest is owned by, or a controlling interest in
    7  the governing body of the entity is composed of, a health care
    8  provider, a group of affiliated providers, or a public agency or
    9  entity that delivers health services. For purposes of this
   10  chapter, health care providers include Florida-licensed health
   11  care professionals, Florida-licensed health care facilities,
   12  federally qualified health centers, and home health care
   13  agencies.
