       The Committee on Budget (Negron) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 3609
    4  and insert:
    5  monitoring. Each plan must maintain written provider
    6  credentialing policies and procedures that are compliant with
    7  federal and agency guidelines. Each plan must verify at least
    8  annually that all
