Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 046             Appropriates $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund 
                         on a recurring basis to the Department of Health for 
Spec App:  177           the Doctors' Memorial Hospital serving the North 
                         Florida communities of Holmes, Jackson, Walton, and 
                         Washington counties. Reduces $600,000 from the 
                         General Revenue Fund in the Hospital Inpatient 
                         Services appropriation category within the Agency 
                         for Health Care Administration.
