       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 393 and 394
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Any company or staffing agency that employs more
    6  than 5 illegal immigrants shall pay a civil penalty of $5,000
    7  per each additional illegal immigrant who is employed by the
    8  company or staffing agency.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 60
   13  and insert:
   14         applicability; requiring that any company or staffing
   15         agency that employs more than 5 illegal immigrants pay
   16         a civil penalty of a specified amount per each
   17         additional illegal immigrant who is employed by the
   18         company or staffing agency; providing legislative
   19         findings related
