    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 760 and 761
    4  insert:
    5         Section 29. Subsection (2) of section 570.51, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         570.51 Director; qualifications; duties.—
    8         (2) The director shall supervise, direct, and coordinate
    9  the activities of the division and enforce the provisions of
   10  chapters 500, 501, 502, 503, 531, 583, 585, and 601 and any
   11  other chapter necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the
   12  division.
