       The Committee on Budget (Altman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 67
    4  and insert:
    5  equipment. Each utility shall purchase the excess electrical
    6  output at a price determined by the commission to be fair and
    7  reasonable for rooftop solar electrical output and the price
    8  deemed prudent for purposes of cost recovery. A utility may
    9  recover all prudently incurred costs of purchasing excess
   10  rooftop or other on-site solar electrical output under the
   11  environmental cost-recovery clause provisions of s. 366.8255.
