    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 272 - 277
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) The average cost per kilowatt hour of producing or
    6  purchasing renewable energy in any calendar year may not be
    7  greater than the producer’s average retail rate per kilowatt
    8  hour.
