       The Committee on Budget (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (480914) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2082 - 2089
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Notice, which must contain the facts and conduct that
    6  warrant the intended action, including, but not limited to, the
    7  failure to have any voters registered in the party, the failure
    8  to notify the department of replacement officers, the failure to
    9  file campaign finance reports, the failure to adopt and file
   10  with the department all governing documents containing the
   11  provisions specified in subsection (2), and limited activity.
