       The Committee on Budget (Margolis) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (480914) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 1806 - 1808
    5  and insert:
    6  operation of early voting sites in those elections. Early voting
    7  sites shall open no sooner than 7 a.m. and close no later than 7
    8  p.m. on each applicable day.
