       Senator Norman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 4557 - 4560
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Effective December 31, 2013, the required employee
    6  retirement contribution rates for all members of the Florida
    7  Retirement System for both the pension and investment plans is 3
    8  percent of gross compensation. However, employee retirement
    9  contributions are not required if the Florida Retirement System
   10  reaches or exceeds 100 percent of actuarial funding.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 152 and 153
   15  insert:
   16         providing that employee contributions are not required
   17         if the Florida Retirement System reaches a certain
   18         level of funding;
