    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 1853 and 1854
    4  insert:
    5  7. The effective date for DROP participation is before July 1,
    6  2016.
    7  	(l) Closure of program to new participants.-Effective July
    8  1, 2016, DROP is closed to new participants. Only members whose
    9  DROP effective date is before July 1, 2016, may participate in
   10  DROP.
