       Senators Ring, Margolis, Rich, Braynon, Sobel, Smith, Siplin,
       Joyner, Montford, and Hill moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 524 - 542
    4  and insert:
    5         1. The first day of the month the member completes 6 or
    6  more years of creditable service in the Special Risk Class and
    7  attains age 55;
    8         2. The first day of the month following the date the member
    9  completes 25 years of creditable service in the Special Risk
   10  Class, regardless of age; or
   11         3. The first day of the month following the date the member
   12  completes 25 years of creditable service and attains age 52,
   13  which service may include a maximum of 4 years of military
   14  service credit as long as such credit is not claimed under any
   15  other system and the remaining years are in the Special Risk
   16  Class.
