    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (883374) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 4557 - 4560
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Effective July 1, 2011, the required employee
    6  retirement contribution rates for all members of the Elected
    7  Officers’ Class for both the pension and investment plans is 7
    8  percent of gross compensation.
