       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 687 and 688
    4  insert:
    5         (6) KIDCARE PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY.—Notwithstanding s.
    6  409.814(4)(a), Florida Statutes, a child who is eligible for
    7  coverage under a state health benefit plan on the basis of a
    8  family member’s employment with a public agency in the state may
    9  participate in the Florida KidCare program if the child is
   10  otherwise eligible.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 36 and 37
   15  insert:
   16         providing that a child who is eligible for coverage
   17         under a state health benefit plan on the basis of a
   18         family member’s employment with a public agency in the
   19         state may participate in the Florida KidCare program
   20         if the child is otherwise eligible;
