       Senators Lynn and Wise moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3948
    4  and insert:
    5         Prekindergarten Education Program at the state level. The
    6  department shall ensure the preservation of parental choice by
    7  permitting parents to choose from a variety of child care
    8  categories, including: Center-based child care; Group home child
    9  care; Family child care; and In-home child care. Under each of
   10  the above categories, care and curriculum by a sectarian
   11  provider may not be limited or excluded.
