       The Committee on Budget (Sobel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 103 - 104
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) That portion of State Road 824 between I-95 and U.S.
    6  Highway 1 in Broward County is designated as “Mardi Gras Way.”
